Face oils: Massage 2-3 drops on your face once or twice per day for normal and dry skin. For oily and blemish prone skin, use twice per week. We recommend using Haven 21 in the morning and Haven 22 in the evening. 

Body oil: Massage over your whole body after shower.

Don't wait for your skin to get dry when applying oils, apply when your skin is still damp. You can incorporate the oils into your morning and evening relaxing routines.

You could massage for a few minutes as it helps in promoting blood circulation. You could use gua sha stones or other massage tools to support your massage.
