Haven 22 Night has been created with richer base oils than Haven 21, even though they are very light and quickly absorbed. Haven 22 has the same active power as Haven 21 as they share identical active ingredients.

Key Active Ingredients with highest effective dose: 

• CBD (500 mg/1.5%):  CBD reduces the effects of inflammation on your skin and is soothing for all skin types.  
• Bakuchiol (1%):  Vegan plant extract scientifically proven as equally effective alternative to retinol but not aggressive to
  your skin, it is calming inflamed skin, refining skin texture, and evening out skin tone.
• Tocopherol (Vitamin E): Rated as one of the best ingredients in skincare for anti-oxidant properties.
• Bisabolol: Skin soothing and brightening extract of chamomile. Used for hundreds of years due to its strong anti-irritant, anti-inflammatory and anti-microbial properties.
• Alaria esculenta extract:  Brown seaweed extract- very hydrating due to it’s mixture of replenishing fatty acids. 
• Custom blend of plant oils: Jojoba, grape seed, sunflower and almond oils, all chosen for their small molecular size, antioxidant, hydrating, replenishing and skin strengthening properties.

Massage 2-3 drops on your face once or twice per day for normal and dry skin. For oily and blemish prone skin, use twice per week. Massage over your whole face using your fingertips.

Morning Routine for Dry Skin:  Apply after your cleansing routine.  Haven 22 can replace your moisturizer or you can follow Haven 22 with your favorite moisturizer with SPF.

Evening Routine:  Apply Haven 22 CBD Face Oil as your last step in your evening routine (after cleanser, exfoliator and eye cream).  If used as a night oil, pairs well with Haven 21 for day use. 

You could massage for a few minutes as it helps in promoting blood circulation and fading fine lines over time. You could use gua sha stones or other massage tools to support your massage.
